Welcome! There will be a light breakfast provided at the beginning of class as we start out with
a short video. We will then dive into a packet together but as we go through the packet we will
be doing real live demonstrations with each mom-to-be getting a baby doll to help
demonstrate the different hold positions, latching techniques, what to expect in the first 24
hours, what a nipple shield is, how to tell what size you are, and how to correctly apply it. We
will be splitting up into groups to play with the different breastfeeding essentials so that you
can become familiar before your baby arrives!

Price: $200 (insurance should reimburse you depending on what insurance provider you have)
